Balancing valve DN 15-50 with double secured measuring points
The STAD-C balancing valve has been specially developed for use in indirect cooling systems but performs just as effectively in refrigerated counters and cold-storage rooms. Whatever the application, the STAD-C delivers unrivalled hydronic performance.

Description

Handwheel
Equipped with a digital read-out, the handwheel ensures accurate and straightforward balancing. Positive shut-off function for easy maintenance.

Self-sealing measuring points
Doubly secured and self-sealing for total protection against leakage. Also enable more straightforward maintenance.

AMETAL®
Dezincification resistant alloy that guarantees a longer valve lifetime and lowers the risk of leakage.

Premium material stainless steel

All NiroSan® press fittings are made from the premium stainless steel type 1.4404 / AISI 316L (for pressing components) and 1.4408 (for precision cast threaded stainless steel components). The material 1.4404 contains at least 2.3 % molybdenum, yet less carbon than the conventional type 1.4401. For this reason material no 1.4404/316L is a superior material with higher corrosion resistance than standard stainless steels.

Certified quality

The NiroSan® press system and its components are certified in accordance with the rules and regulations of all important national and European certification bodies such as WRAS, KIWA, DVGW and many more.

Silicone free version

All press fittings and pipes of this series are also available in a silicone free version with an EPDM O-ring (series 9000 SF). This is especially useful in industrial production which require silicone-free environments and media and ensures that no silicone is introduced by the piping system.

Fast installation, no risk of fire

The connection with stainless steel pipes by cold pressing enables a fast, time-saving installation and eliminates the risk of fire during the process. NiroSan® installation systems are therefore ideally suited for renovation work.

Better corrosion resistance

The premium stainless steel type 1.4404 (316L) and the exceptionally smooth, passivated surface of pipes and fittings lead to an excellent corrosion resistance, surpassing that of conventional products.
